- Order Acceptance & Payment

Order Cancellation Policy: Orders for both pre-order and in-stock items are considered final. However, if you choose to cancel, you will forfeit 30% of your total payment or deposit as a cancellation fee.If we are unable to provide the goods or the manufacturer cancels the sale, we will refund the full amount. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion for reasons such as insufficient stock, delivery limitations, or incorrect pricing due to human or technical error.
- Shipping & Returns
The transaction is completed when the goods arrive at the address provided. If you fail to accept the goods, we reserve the right to charge additional fees and cancel the order without refund or compensation. We will not compensate for any damage or loss caused by logistics during the journey. Delivery timelines vary by region. Delays due to customs or logistics are not our liability.
